*Stormwater stalked silently through BrokenClan territory. He avoided the guards hostile gaze, but continued on to Frozenstar's den and padded in.*
Stormwater
"Stormwater." she said, her voice a mix of indifference masking her pain.
>Frozenstar<
*He looked away and heaved out a sigh.*
Hey, F-Frozenstar.
Stormwater
"What are you doing here?" she said, wincing.
>Frozenstar<
I-I wanted to say that I'm s-sorry.
*He looked everywhere around the den, but at her.*
Stormwater
"I'm the one who should be sorry." she said. "I got you into this mess." she added, then crouched down, her face pinched.
>Frozenstar<
*He looked worried.*
Are you okay?
Stormwater
"The kits are coming." she said.
>FrozenstarM
*Shocked, he had no idea what to do, just prayed to StarClan.*
Please, he thought. Don't let this be like Riverclaw's kitting.

Frostpaw walked into the den, suprised that Stormwater was there, but said nothing, because she couldn't. But she just morphed into Deadsoul, one of the former medicine cats, and got the knowledge with it. She walked up to Frozenstar, worry on her blank face.

*He turned to Frostpaw.*
Help! Frozenstar's having her kits!
Stormwater
"Ok." She said, and put her paw, now dark brown and wider, onto Frozenstar's belly. "Now push." she said.

Frozenstar closed her eyes as the first kit came out.
>Frozenstar<
*Stormwater did what he could to help.*
Stormwater
Frostpaw bent down and nibbed the kits sac as soon as the second kit came out.

H-How many more?
Stormwater
Frozenstar relaxed as the last kit came out.
>Frozenstar<
Frostpaw looked up with her amber eyes, her voice low. "That's it. Two toms and a she-cat." she said, morphing back into herself.

*He purred.*
They're beautiful, Frozenstar. What are we going to name them?
Stormwater
Frostpaw left without a word.
>Frostpaw<
She looked at the golden tabby tom.
"This tom should be Searingkit." she said.
>Frozenpaw<
How about Twistingkit for the silver and black tom?

She nodded, and pointed to the Grey she-kit with her tail
"Ashkit."
>Frozenstar<
*He purred.*
Perfect.
Stormwater
Frozenstar smiled, looking down at her kits.
I hope these kits don't get in the way of defeating Briarclan.

*He nuzzled his kits and Frozenstar, then sighed.*
I better be going.
Stormwater
Frozenstar looked down.
"I'll miss you." Frozenstar said numbly.
>Frozenstar<
Don't worry. I can visit. Alot. I live on the other side of Brokenclan.
*He said, trying to cheer her up.*
Stormwater
Frozenstar nodded. "Okay." she said.
>Frozenstar<
*He gave one last lick to her ear.*

"Bye" she said softly, and he was gone. She looked down at her kits. Searingkit looked at her with soft, caring eyes.
Where we are, soft isn't exceptable.

*He squirmed and shoved Searingkit away, sending him tompling over Ashkit. then, he curled closer to Frozenstar's belly.*

Searingkit shot Twistingkit a glare, and sat down next to Ashkit.

*He blinked open his blazing blue eyes.*

Searingkit looked at the two other grey kits, confused. Why was he orange?

*He stood up and padded up to Searingkit and laughed.*
You look funny.
(He's evil for sure.)

Searingkit rolled his eyes.
"No, you too do." he said at Ashkit and Twistingkit.

Searingkit walked up to the entrance of the den, looking back at his littermates.
"Are you coming?"

"M'kay." He said, and Ashkit and Twistingkit followed him out of the leaders den and out into the open.

Woah, he thought. They're so big.
*He stared at the huge cats.*

Look, it must be Frozenstar's kits.

Frostpaw came out and looked at the new kits, her eyes now cold. Even though she didn't want them to be.

*He saw a black tail swishing in the air and jumped on it, pinning it down.*

Archear yanked his tail back, glaring at him.

Searingkit walked up to Frostpaw.
"You smell.... different." he said.
>Searingkit<
*He ignored the warrior and pinned his tail down again.*

Archear hissed softly in annoyance, getting his tail free and moved it away from twistingkit.

"I know." Frostpaw said.
"Why?" Searingkit asked.

*He instead pounces on a ginger tabby tail(Flameblaze).*

Flareblaze hissed softly in amusement, rolling her eyes.

"It doesn't matter, kit." she said, almost coldly.

*He looked up at him.*
What's your name?

"Flameblaze." he said to the kit.
"What's yours?"

Searingkit blinked, looking down, almost hurt. Frostpaw leaned down to him.
"You'd better be tougher if you want to live in this clan." she whispered.

"Hmm, i Haven't heard that name before." he commented.

My daddy named me. He has his own clan named TwistedClan. Your name is funny.
*He pounced on Flamebreeze's paw.*

"He does, does he?" he asked curiously.

Searingkit looked down.
"Maybe I don't want to live in this clan."

Yeah, and he's the leader!
*He paid no attention to the warrior curiosity and just kept playing with his paw.*

Frostpaw looked quickly from side to side.
"Come with me." she said to Searingkit, and he followed her out of camp.

Are you a warrior? Have you ever fought in a battle? Was it fun? Did you win?
*He raked his tiny claws down Flamebreeze's paw, then bit softly into it like he was really fighting.*

"Yes, I am the Deputy. I've fought in many battles, some won and some lost."

Frostpaw found a clear spot in the dead forest.
"You can't talk like that around the camp, they'll kill you!"

"Some day you can come to battle, and help us win." he said.
"Which should be soon."

Really!? Could I help fight? I bet I'd be REALLY good.
*He jumped on Flamebreeze's back, pretending to rake his claws down his spine.*

Flameblaze laughed, shaking him off.
"Yep, you can help defeat those weaklings in Briarclan once and for all."

"So what?" Searingkit said. "Their all so mean.. why can't it be a place where there are nice cats?"

*He spotted a mouse on the fresh-kill pile and leaped onto it, wrestling with it until he sank his teeth into it's neck.*
Take that! And that, you filthy BriarClan warrior.

Flameblaze laughed.

"There is." Frostpaw said, her voice pained.
"You know...... you can go there, if you want. It's a much better place then this." Frostpaw said, temporarily not under mind control.

"Sure, when your old enough." he said.
Which isn't too far away.

"It's not too far away." Flameblaze reassured him.

*He left Flamebreeze to prance over to Ashkit.*

"I don't know..." she said. "Where's Searingkit?"

He was with Frostpaw.

"Should we go find him?" she asked.

"I want to." Searingkit said, and Frostpaw nodded.
"I'm sorry I can't come with you, but just follow the river." she said.

Yeah. I think they went that way.
*He pointed with his tail to the camp entrance and raced away.*

"Ok!" Ashkit said, looking around once or twice before following him.
>Ashkit<
Searingkit nodded. "Bye, Frostpaw." he said, and turned away, towards the river.

*He followed his scent all the way through the forest until he bumped into Frostpaw.*
Hey, Frostpaw! Where's Searingkit?
Twistingkit
"huh?" she said, looking dazed for a second.
"He.... left." she said.
>Frostpaw<
What do you mean?
*He cocked his head sideways.*
Twistingkit
"He.... left Brokenclan." she said.
>Frostpaw<
Searingkit ran along the river, excitement flaring in his chest.

Twistingkit
"I'm sorry."
>Frostpaw<
*He turned t Ashkit.*
What do we do now? Tell mom? Why did he leave?

"I-i don't know, maybe we can find him with mom." she said.

Okay, hurry, let's go!

"Ok!" AShkit said, speeding off after him.

*They reached camp and entered Frozenstar's den.*

"Mommy! Searingkit left!" Ashkit said to frozenstar.

Yeah, frostpaw told us he just went off and left. WE want to find him.

Frozenstar Growled.
"Well come on!" she said, running out of camp with the two kits trailing behind her.
>Frozenstar<
*They followed their mother trough the forest until he stopped.*

Frozenstar turned around looking at her son questioningly.
>Frozenstar<
I don't want to go in the river. I-I don't know how to swim.
*His gaze traveled to the river.*
Twistingkit
"We can follow his scent along the river." she said.
>Frozenstar<
Okay.
*Twistingkit didn't want to come out weak, but he didn't know how to swim. He followed them until Frozenstar stopped.*

"He crossed the River here." she said.

O-Okay.
If Searingkit can do it, so can I.

Frozenstar hesitated, but nodded.
"Okay." she said.
"You go ahead first, then ashkit, and i'll follow behind to catch you if you fall." she said, jesturing towards the tree-bridge.
>Frozenstar<
*He nodded and made his way, jumping up onto the tree-bridge. He nearly fell, but was caught by Ashkit.*

*He kept going until the end where he jumped off and waited for Ashkit and Frozenstar.*

Ashkit made it over with Frozenstar following. Smelling the air, she smelled something strong, and different.
"What's that smell?" she asked.
>Ashkit<
Yeah. What is that?

Frozenstar froze.
"Briarclan."
>Frozenstar<
BriarClan?
*He looked surprised then gave a tiny growl.*
I bet they STOLE Searingkit. Why would he run off?
Twistingkit
"Probably." She said, and then watched as Three cats emerged from the bushes. Briarberry, Breezepaw, and Thunderspirit.
>Frozenstar<
What are you doing on BriarClan territory?
Thunderspirit
Dooes it matter?
*He jumped up and down, trying to act tough.*
Twistingkit
"Yeah, it does, kit." Breezepaw growled.
>Breezepaw<
Frozenstar stepped forward, her eyes narrowing.
"You stole a Brokenclan kit!" he said.
>Frozenstar<
Yeah! Where's my brother?
Twistingkit
"We don't have any kit of yours, though we did scent one not too long ago." Briarberry said.
>Briarberry<
*He forgot about acting tough and looked around.*
Twistingkit
"We thought it might be one of yours." Briarberry sniffed in disdain.
"But it went in that direction." she said, pointing with her tail towards parallel of the river.
>Briarberry<
*He glared at the BriarClan cats, but followed his mother down the river.*

Briarberry tried not to spit in disgust, turning away with the rest of the patrol.
"I bet they took our apprentices." she muttered to thunderspirit without the brokenclan cats hearing.

You think?
Thunderspirit
"Is it that obvious?" she asked.
>Brairberry<
I'm pretty sure. If I find out that they took my daughter, I will shred those cold-hearted excuses for warriors.

*He keeps following his mother until she stops.*

"Wait a minute." she stopped.
"Frostpaw didn't tell us everything" she said. "She might know more on where he went to."
>Frozenstar<
"And send them running with their tails between their legs." she finished.
>Briarberry<
*He miled at Briarberry.*

Okay, then. What are we waiting for? Let's go!
*He sped off.*

"Ok!" she said, racing after him with Ashkit behind.

Searingkit stepped out from the bush in front of the patrol of Briarclan warriors.
"A-Are they gone?" he asked.
>Searingkit<
Yes, you can come out.
Thunderspirit
*Twistingkit kept running until he couldn't run anymore.*
I-I'm tired. We've been running. . . all day.
Twistingkit
Frozenstar sighed.
"Okay, we're at the river again, i'll carry you across." she said, grabbing him by the scruff.
>Frozenstar<
Searingkit wandered out into the open, looking in the direction that his mother and siblings had gone.
"I thought they'd find me for sure." he said.
>Searingkit<
*He grew limp as she took him in her jaws and flopped down on the ground. When, she came back with Ashkit, he was filled with more energy.*
Okay. Let's go!

"Okay." Frozenstar said, amused.
She ran until she spotted Frostpaw.
"What else do you know about Searingkit?" she growled.
>Frozenstar<
"Frostpaw said to go to Briarclan." he explained.
>Searingkit<
Frostpaw? They did steel her!
*He growled.*
Thunderspirit
"Steal her? Frostpaw told me she came there because she wanted to." Searingkit said, confused.
"Darkpaw and Blossompaw too."
>Searingkit<
What?!
*He looked at Briarberry.*

"Why would they do that?" Briarberry demanded.
Searingkit shrunk back.
"I-i-i don't know. They showed up and showed Frozenstar their powers, and she let them join. I heard Frostpaw say "The others Will be next." one time." he said.

*He looked confused.*
Thunderspirit
What else do you know? Come on, we know you know.
*He became sleepy, but blinked his eyes open.*
Twistingkit
"I-I don't know what it means." he said.
>Searingkit<
"He wanted to Join Briarclan." she said.
"I told him about it, and he thought it was a better place than this."
>Frostpaw<
"What!?!?" Frozenstar hissed, unsheathing her claws.
>Frozenstar<
*He looked sad.*

Frostpaw looked away.
"You wouldn't kill me." she said.
"You need me to defeat Briarclan." she added.
"And it was his decision."

*Wanting to go to sleep, he curled in a tight ball next to Frozenstar.*

Blossompaw looked around for Frostpaw. Where is she?!? She thought.

Frostpaw spun around, heading back to camp. Pushing her way in, she sat next to Blossompaw.
"Hey."

"What's up?" Blossompaw asked. "Where were you?"

"Not much, I convinced Searingkit to run away." she said, chuckling.
"When's Willowpaw and Breezepaw coming!? They said they would join us, too."
>Frostpaw<
Blossompaw shrugged. "No idea." Blossompaw replied.

"It's for the best." Frostpaw said, glancing sideways.
>Frostpaw<
*He padds through the bushes and walks up to Frozenstar, tail twining with hers.*
Our kits are finally apprentices .. except for Searingkit. Those no good weaklings, if I ever get my paws on a BriarClan cat, they'll never see the light of day.
*He let his claws sink into the soft dirt.*
Stormwater
"But.. I smell him." she said. "He's here."
>Frozenstar<

Stormwater
"He is!" she said, streaking out of camp to where Searingkit stood. Wide-eyed as Floe, and Breezeflame, both ingured, appeared out of no where with a tiny kit between Floe's paws.
>Frozenstar<
*He growled at Floe.*
What are you doing, trying to steal our kit!?
Stormwater
"No." she said. Breezeflame limped up to Stormwater.
"It's Frostriver." he whispered. "She's in floe's form trick Murkkit into coming here. And Searingpaw came here on on his own will."
>Breezeflame<
Searingpaw!
*He rushed forward, licking his son between his ears.*
Thank you Frostriver. I see we now have Murkkit under BrokenClan's possesion.

Frostriver dipped her head, wrapping her tail around Murkkit.

Searingpaw ducked.
"I wasn't here to come back. Brokenclan is evil, and it's better living in Briarclan. I just came here to see Frostriver again." he said, and Frostriver's eyes widened.
>Searingpaw<
"No, they are full of Brave and Noble warriors."
>Searingpaw<
As if! Searingpaw, you must stay with your mother, half of BrokenClan choses to leave BrokenClan. They treat their so called warriors unfairly and drive them out of no reason(feeling a little guilty thee, Swift? lol, jk). Including me.
Stormwater
"They do it because they are MIND CONTROLLED!" he snarled.
>Searingpaw<
*He glared at his son, his claws going in and out.*
I knew it. He's just as weak as the rest of BriarClan, he thought to himself. I can't believe it, my own son!
Stormwater
"It's true. Your a traitor to us. And I will stand tall at the head of your enemy and defeat you." he said, and took off.
>Searingpaw<
*He had the urge to go after him, but just turned to Frozenstar.*
Stormwater
Frozenstar looked at Breezeflame.
"Good, it was sucessful. The rouge patrol has just came back with five new joiners." she said, hearing the repirt in her head from Breezeflame.
>Frozenstar<
*He lowered his tail.*
Well, better be going. See ya sometime soon.
*He gave a quick lick to Frozenstar's ear and headed for TwistedClan.*

"Bye, Stormwater..."

"W-where am I? Mommy? What's going on? And why don't you smell like yourself?" she asked Frostriver.
"You are home." Frostriver said.
