Petalstar of PineClan wearily trekked up the river of her territory. Days had passed and she had passed many Clans, but none knew where her daughter was. She sighed.
[Petalstar Of PineClan]
Swiftstar padded up on patrol. She wanted to think, so she decided to go out alone. "Errggh" she said, as she snagged her claw, and kept going.
~Swiftstar
Petalstar saw black fur up ahead. She trotted closer, till she could make out Swiftstar. She tried looking as if she wasn't about to kill someone.
[Petalstar]
Swiftstar noticed Petalstar comming towards herand waved her tail.
"Greetings petalstar!"She meowed happily.
-Swiftstar
"Hey!" Petalstar tried sounding cheerful, avoiding Swiftstar's gaze to try to hide her slightly ravenous look in her eyes.
[Petalstar]
"I assume your missing something." Swiftstar said, leaning in, but was still cautious, for hearing what Faithkit said about Petalstar not being well.
-Swiftstar
Petalstar tensed slightly. "Have you seen a kit? Less than a moon old with spots?" She asked, trying to not sound eager. Or bloodthirsty. She figured Swiftstar already knew she was bloodthirsty.
[Petalstar Of PineClan]
"As a matter of fact, yes I have seen Faithkit. Did something happen for her to sneak out like that? She said she wasn't lost." She said, leaning back a little bit.
-Swiftstar
"Oh. Um...did Faithkit tell you anything else?" Petalstar asked, unsheathing her claws casually. She tried making them go in. Ripping Swiftstar apart limb from limb would not be good.
[Petalstar]
"Only that she left because she didn't like it there" she lied. "That's all" she added quickly. Swiftstar could see that Petalstar was hoping Faithkit didn't give any bif thing away, and she didn't want to make Pineclan an Ememy.
-Swiftstar
"Oh." Petalstar said, trying to relax. "Is she at camp?" she asked, trying to stay calm, and she knew Swiftstar could tell it was hard.
[Petalstar]
"Yes. It was late so we were going to take her back in the morning, and then you came along. But it was funny, though. It seemed like she didn't want to leave......" she said, shooting a question glance at Petalstar, but she didn't know if Petalstar would answer that question.
"Um..." Petalstar knew that Swiftstar was really suspicious. "Are you SURE she didn't tell you anything else?" She asked anxiously, thinking of how if Swiftstar said something Petalstar didn't like she would be crowfood.
[Petalstar]
"That's all she said. And all that she said was only to me, no one else." she lied again, not wanting petalstar to be mad for JUST ONE SECOND! lol

"Okay..." Petalstar said, still suspicious. They were both suspicious. "I'll tell if you do." She said, wanting to know what Swiftstar wasn't telling her.
[Petalstar]
Swiftstar looked down, feeling guilty, but didn't show it.
-Swiftstar
"She said that, you want to kill everyone" she said. "but please, don't blame my whole clan." she said.
~Swiftstar
"We won't use any information against you" she said back.
-Swiftstar
Petalstar sighed. "I don't want to kill anyone badly..." She smiled softly.
[Petalstar]
"Okay" she said, a little nervous. "Let's go get Faithkit, shall we?" she asked.
-Swiftstar
"Okay!" Petalstar said excitedly, following Swiftstar to the BriarClan camp.
[Petalstar]
Swiftstar led the way to the camp,hoping that Faithkit would willingly go with Petalstar, and not refuse.
I don't want there to be any fights, Swiftstar thought.
-Swiftstar
Frozenheart stalked towards the river, peering out behind some bushes. A brown tabby she-cat was rummaging around the plants.
Brownspots! Frozenheart recognized her after a few heart beats.
I know I was Briarclan will pay for this....

She continued to rumuge through the bush collecting as much Yarrow as possible.

Frozenheart walked up to Brownspots, a fake smile on her face.
"Hello, Brownspots." she said.

She looked up. "Hello," she greeted the leader's daughter, then went back to work.
-Brownspots
Frozenheart leaped onto Brownspots and knocking her over and pinning her down.
"Miss me?" she growled.
>Frozenheart<
She stared at Frozenheart in bewilderment. "Frozenheart, what's wrong with you!?" she spat. She leaped up, sending Frozenheart flying.
(This is going down in a fight.)

Frozenheart twisted around in midair, cling to a branch and springing off the trunk, ramming Brownspots in the flank.
"You all thought I was a traitor. I think I should live up to those standards." she said cockily.
>Frozenheart<
Brownspots dropped and rolled over to Frozenheart, knocking her feet from under her, getting up herself. "I was trained as a warrior first, you know," she growled.
-Brownspots
Frozenheart bared her teeth.
"Good for you." she spat geting up. Suddenly it seemed like she vanished, but she reappeared right behind brownspots, knocking her over a certain way that made her spin and crash into a tree.
>Frozenheart<
Brownspots crashed into the tree whacking her head at 5 miles per hour. Her eyes instantly went black and she lost concious.
-Brownspots
"Greet starclan for me." She hissed in Brownspots' ear. She sunk her claws into the medicine cat's neck.
>Frozenheart<
Her eyes flashed open for a brief moment, then turned lifeless as the blood drained out of her neck. Brownspots was dead.
-Brownspots
Frozenheart smiled in satisfaction. Some of the bushed shook, and suddenly SWiftstat padded out with Stormwater following, both with shocked looks on their faces.

Stormwater was first to talk. "Frozenheart, you did this!?" she growled.
-Stormwater
Frozenheart's tail trailed a path through the dirt.
"Maybe..." she said.

"I think you did," he snarled, getting into a pouncing posistion.
-Stormwater
Swiftstar looked hurt.
"Frozenheart how could you?!?" She gasped out in shock.
>Swiftstar<
Frozenheart bared her teeth.
"Becuase you deserved it. You though that I was a traitor, just beacuase I came from Brokenclan. I came to Briarclan because it was better, and I thought you'd be better than them. But your not. You just think I'll betray you. Why shouldn't I give you what you want?" she rasped.
>Frozenheart<
"Oh, I'll give you what you want," Stormwater rasps. His tail swishes back and forth.
-Stormwater
"What you gonna do? Kill me?" she taunted.

He turned to Swiftstar, waiting for an answer.
-Stormwater
"Just don't kill her." Swiftstar whispered so only her deputy could hear. She was staring at a tree blankly, as if she could hardly believe it.

He stood up and glared at Frozenheart. "What are we going to do with her?" he said a tear trickling down his cheek.
-Stormwater
Swiftstar snapped out of a daze.
"Take her prisoner." she said.
>Swiftstar<
He nodded. He stood near Frozenheart and prodded her back to camp.

Frozenheart bared her teeth.
>Frozenheart<
Stormwater cuffed her ear. Hard. "So, SWiftstar, where do we keep her? A makeshift nest in camp?" he asked as they entereed BriarClan's camp.
-Stormwater
Frozenheart growled, blood still spilling down her sides where Brownspots had clawed her, but she ignored it.

"Yes." Swiftstar said, noticing all the shocked faces.

Stormwater led Frozenheart to a spot between the nursery and medicine den. "Stay here," he growled, then got some moss and threw it at her. "This should be good enough."

Frozenheart curled her lip.
"I'll escape, and you know it."

He snorted, but couldn't escape the thought that she was kinda pretty, dispite her evil ways. No, he shook his head, I love Rainclaw. But's she dead, he thought, sadness gleaming in his eyes.

Frozenheart rolled her eyes.

"I Guess i should announce Brownspot's death to the clan." She said after putting the medicine cat's body down in the center of the clearing.
>Swiftstar<
He nodded to Swiftstar and turned to Frozenheart. "If your good, I may let you out and hunt. Under my supervision," he tries to growl, but smething comes over him and he can't.
-Stormwater
Frozenheart looked and him questioningly.

He glared at her. "What are you looking at? What, do I have a fox on my face?"
-Stormwater
"Sure" she said, disgusted.

He went into her face. "Don't make me do something you'll regret."
-Stormwater
Frozenheart sighed and looked down.
"Whatever." She mumered.

He walked off and got some fresh-kill. Why did I do that? he thought. But she's evil! He couldn't help, but laugh at that.
-Stormwater
"What are you laughing at?" Frozenheart growled, hearing Stormwater.
>Frozenheart<
"Nothing," he glared. "Hungry?" he asked biterly.
-Stormwater
"No." She replied in the same tone. She glared back but her gaze softened a little bit.
Ugh
Her glare returned back to normal.

He rolled his eyes, knowing she'd be hungry soone or later.
-Stormwater
Frozenheart snorted, turning her back on him.

Duskpaw padded by the river, with Ravenpaw following. Oh yeah she thought. swiftstar made them all go on hunting patrols, how convenient. she thought.

Ravenpaw sighed "Looks like we are the only ones who made it,"

"yeah." Duskpaw said. Then her eyes flashed behind Ravenpaw.

Ravenpaw didn't realize a thing, "Are you alright Duskpaw?"

A cat sprung out of the bushes, bowling Ravenpaw over. Duskpaw flickered.

Ravenpaw growled jumping up pinning the cat down

The cat wriggled from his grasp, suprised by his fighting techniques, but lept of top of him.

Duskpaw was going to help, but she knew Ravenpaw would probably get angry at her, and he was clearly winning.

Ravenpaw stod on his hind-legs shaking the she-cat off raking his claws down her flanks

The she-cat winced but they kept on wrestling to the ground until Ravenpaw had her pinned down.

Ravenpaw snarled "What are you doing here?"

"I don't know! Why does it matter!?!?" The she-cat snarled back.

"Cause your not supposed to be on BriarClan territory!"

"This is Briarclan territory?" she said, bewildered for a second but then her gaze turned hard again.

"Whats you name rougue?" Ravenpaw spat

"Floe" she spat back. (pronounced Flow btw)
>Floe<
"Ravenpaw."a scent wreathed around the tom.
"You have the power to find what this rouge really wants. Use it!" a pair of orange eyes appeared in the bushes, and the scent tasted a bit of night and mist.

Ravenpaw nodded he looked into Floe's mind.

Ravenpaw stepped off Floe "I am sorry, I didn't know you did not know BriarClan was here,"

Floe got up, licking her ragged chest fur.
"Sorry I attacked you, I thought you would attack me first." she said reluctantly.

"My names Ravenpaw, by the way," Ravenpaw mewed licking the dirt out of his fur

"Oh, ok." Floe wheezed.
>Floe<
"What are you doing?"Vineshadow hissed in Ravenpaws ear, but it was only his scent and voice. "This rouge is tresspassing! You must at least make her get out."

"You okay?" Ravenpaw asked

"oh course I am!" Floe snapped, shaking her grey and white fur.

"Well then, get out of the territory," Ravenpaw said cooly, only to amuse Vineshadow

Vineshadow narrowed his eyes. "Dont test me, kit."He hissed, before his eyes and scent vanished.

Floe narrowed her eyes. "Why should I?" she wheezed.

"Cause this is our territory,"

"Wait." Duskpaw said to Ravenpaw, silently walking over to Floe. She stared at the other she-cat for a long moment, all around.
"She's sick, Ravenpaw." she breathed. She was worried about FLoe, too. It's almost as if she could feel how much life Floe had left.

Floe kept perfectly still, her ears growing hot.
>Floe<
Ravenpaw leaned into Duskpaw "I know, but a dark forest cat told me to get rid of herI didn't want to, how do we help her?"

I wouldn't have listened to them, either. she thought to her brother. Then a smile stretched on her face. We can bring her back to camp. she thought. Then she thought about how Floe would react to this. If she agrees.

Ravenpaw smiled and nodded to Duskpaw "Floe, will you come back with us to camp, you could get better there,"

Floe was still frozen, thinking. Why would she say that? she thought, looking at Duskpaw. I thought he wanted me gone. However... She nodded, once.
Is he.. smiling? Why?

Ravenpaw chuckled, reading her thoughts "Come on, you don't have to stay! Just until you are better."

Duskpaw put her tail over Floe shoulder, guiding her in the right direction. Floe didn't object, but her eyes were to the ground.
I hope we can be great friends in the future. Duskpaw thought, thinking about Floe.

"I do too," Ravenpaw whispered. Wondering for the thousandth time what everything looked like

"Floe seems really nice,"
Floe's ears twitched, but she didn't hear anything. Her face was shadowed, carrying no emotion.

Duskpaw smiled, letting Floe lean on her, who was slighty shorter than she was.

Ravenpaw closed his eyes, not that it made any different, concentrating on the scents and noises of the forest

Duskpaw sighed, hearing the rush of the river. It seemed like all was at peace until she glanced back at Floe, who's pelt clung to her bones.

Ravenpaw sped up catching scent of the sickness coming from Floe's pelt "We are almos t there,"

Floe didn't seem to hear untill she nodded.

Frozenstar popped out from behind a tree, smelling stormwater. She rushed over to him.
"Stormwater!" she exclaimed.

*He rushes up to her and brushes his muzzle across hers.*

"It's Frozenstar now." she said.

Swiftstar was trotting along the river, when she smelled a scent.... brokenclan scent! Curiously she drew herself forward, seeing Stormwater and Frozenheart.... Frozenheart? What was she doing here..... maybe she joined Brokenclan..... narrowing her eyes, she peered though the bushes.

Huh. What were you doing here? I can't believe your here.
Stormwater
"I had a feeling you were here... so i just came." she said.
"There's something important i need to tell you...." she said.

S-She's leader! Swiftstar thought in dismay/

"I'm having your kits." she said.

Swiftstar's eyes widened in shock, and she lept from the bushes, baring her teeth.

*He barely had time to react when Swiftstar jumped out.*

Swiftstar growled.
"Your having kits!?!? With Frozenstar !?!?"

*He stared at both of them blankly.*
S-She's just another cat!
Stormwater
"She killed our medicine cat, and she's leader of Brokenclan!" Swiftstar snarled.
"She's a traitor, and now you are, too." she said coldly.

Swiftstar took a step forward.
"You should go." she snarled, talking to both of them.

"She doesn't look sane..." Frozenstar whispered in Stormwaters ear.

"You heard me." She growled. "Leave, and don't come back." she snarled.

"C'mon Stormwater, you can stay in Brokenclan till SWiftstar gets better." Frozenstar whispered/

Why would I?! You ruined everything! I should have killed you when I had the chance. I don't care if you are going to have my kits, I hope they die!
*He ran off as fast as he could, through the forest.*
Stormwater
Frozenstar rolled her eyes, then turned back to Swiftstar, her eyes blazing.
"Off to pick a new deputy, will you? Well whoever it is, they'll be dead by sunrise if i have anything to say about it." she threatened, then dissapeared into the gathering shadows.
