Kits of a Leader Part 4- Frostpaw

        Frostpaw stepped into the open, from the concealed fronds. The three brokenclan cats pinning Stormwater down looked up in astonishment, and so did Flameblaze, the Brokenclan deputy.
   "G-g-greystar!" Flameblaze stammered, utterly shocked. Frostpaw tried not to smile. So I disguised myself as the leader of Brokenclan. she thought. Good choice.
    She looked at who Flameblaze was pinning down. Frozenheart. She almost spat with disgust. Frostpaw was about to continue the charade when Flameblaze interrupted her.
  "But your dead." he said. "You can't be alive! You died of greencough." he said, then stared for a few heart beats longer. "Impossible." he spat. "You must be a look-a-like" he growled, and looked Frostpaw straight in the eye. "We'll deal with you, later." he said. "As for you." he said, digging his claws into Frozenheart deeper. "Your coming with us." he said. Frostpaw made no move to stop them. Frozenheart deserved this. She hoped whatever punishments they give out in Brokenclan were worse than this.
  "B-but Flameblaze!" One of the brokenclan cats holding Stormwater down stuttered. "We are following Flickstar's orders." Flameblaze snapped at the cat, now Frostpaw recognized him as Lizardclaw. Frostpaw just dipped her head, and narrowed her eyes. How could I made such a stupid mistake! I should've changed into the deputy, Flicktalon.  Flickstar now.
  "Go ahead and take her." she spat back, not caring if she's in charge or not. Flameblaze shot her a glare, but said nothing. He shuffled Frozenheart along, who didn't seem to struggle. Was this what she wanted all along? Did she forget how harsh, unforgiving, and evil the Brokenclan cats are? Just like herself. She shot a pain-filled glance at Stormwater, but the three guards let go of Stormwater, who was trying to shake from their grasp. They quickly followed behind Flameblaze, with Lizardclaw being the last and glaring at them a heartbeat longer but then disappearing. All five of them running in a tight circle around Frozenheart.
  Frostpaw wondered, what now? She didn't look like herself, yet she couldn't change, not in front of Stormwater. She could tell Darkpaw was watching this scene, and came out of the bushes.
   "I saw the whole thing." Darkpaw said, looking at the Briarclan deputy and then at Frostpaw. "Who are you?" he asked her, obviously trying to keep up the act. She looked between them quickly. "A loner." she rumbled and the took off, running through the trees. As soon as she was out of sight of them , she transformed into herself and ran back, panting as if she ran because of the danger.
  "What's going on?" she asked Darkpaw and Stormwater. "I scented Brokenclan scent." she breathed, and  they told her what had just happened.
