"I have gotten the orders. It is time to attack, and attack to kill. Briarberry says to head over immediately. So that's what we do. Kill anything that gets in our way." He rasped. "And we will have Her revenge once and for all." he laughed, and then, knowing Shroudsky could easily read his mind, he thought, And do not Kill Chaos Or Shroudpaw, or it will create an endless paradox, and we will not exist.
One of Havoc's claws twitched, and the half of trees around him burst into flame. Storm smiled and the other half stood encased in ice.
"This will be too easy. I say we do this slow and painfully." Storm suggested, and Havoc nodded. The trees suddenly returned back to normal, and suddenly there were many Havocs and Storms. "Next is Brokenclan. Let's go." the original Havoc said as then raced through the forest.
"And Havoc will truly rise."

Chaos's eyes widened as he took it all in. And then he ran. "Muddlepaw! Muddlepaw!" he yowled, and then bumped into her, stumbling. "Muddlepaw, Havoc and Storm are going to attack Briarclan and kill them all! We have to warn the others." he said in a rush. Muddlepaw nodded, and they bolted back to camp, skidding to a halt in the middle.
Frostriver was there, her eyes troubled. "What's wrong?" she asked. "Get Searingstar! We're about to be attacked!" She nodded, and rushed into his den while the whole clan came out, bristling with fear, but ready for battle. As soon as Searingstar ran out of his den, the clearing was alive with battle.

Swiftstar narrowed her eyes. "Now tell me, who is the spy!" She hissed some of the other Starclan cats. The all looked confused and bewildered.
Feathergaze narrowed her eyes. "How can there be a spy, Swiftstar? We would know." she said. "Briarclan is being attacked! They will all die unless we know who the spy is." she hissed. "Now someone find out. Who has betrayed starclan?" she asked. What she did not know was that one member of starclan was missing, too busy with other business. Briarberry sat in a clearing, her two weapons bending to her will.

Charcoalwing nodded "Come on, we can sneak out, there is a hole..." she picked up Shadowingkit and slipped out of a hole with Soakedspirit behind, soon, she was out in the forest waiting for Murkfall, Russetscar and Stonekit.

Murkfall appeared with Stonekit in her jaws and Russetscar behind. She nodded. "Let's go."

Chaos nodded. Then suddenly he was gone. He blinked, and it looked like it was a foxhole outside of camp. To cats stood outside that looked like Storm. "Why are we here! We are supposed to be fighting!" Shroudpaw's voice suddenly echoed in the darkness.
"They can't harm us. Killing us means killing all of them." Chaos explained.
Shroudpaw gulped.
"Y-you mean, they are you and me?" he asked.
Chaos looked away.

Swiftpaw growled, and then his ears pricked up at what Muddlepaw had said.
Briarberry..... the spy... suddenly he felt like someone else.

One of the Storms leaped out from the fray and swiped at her face.

Swiftstar looked through the battle, flexing her claws. Briarberry!?! how could she? She must be somewhere here and not in Starclan. She thought.

"Then why isn't Shroudpaw here? And why did you say 'I have more experience NOW' like.... five minutes ago?" Muddlepaw asked slipping easily ouf of his hold, yawning. "I can resurface memories you know. If you can't remember Shroudpaw"

Swiftstar saw that Muddlepaw was talking to one of Them, and she hissed, clawing Storm's sides.
"What are you doing? Trying to sweet-talk him?" she hissed, forgetting that she was Swiftpaw to everyone else.

"It's Shroudpaw! Stop it! You can't kill my brother! This is NOT their choice Briarberry is controlling them Swiftpaw. They are not like this."

One of the Havocs appeared out of the crowd, looking more alive then the other Havocs, so he was obviously the original.
"Better not talk to your ancestor like that." He said, grinning evily.

Muddlepaw glared at him "So glad you made time for me, with all this betrayel and killing of your family thats going on, who've you killed? Mom? Dad? Kits?"

Swiftstar's eyes widened as she saw Havoc. She raced over to him.
"Where is Briarberry, demon?!"

"I don't know how you could be the future version of the tom I love, your sick." she looked at him cold hatred in her eyes "If you've touched any kit, any one here, I want you to kill me, that way Muddleblaze doesn't have to go trhough the pain of missing a tom who obviously never loved her. And Swiftpaw, why are you acting so weird. You acting like an old cat."

"Briarberry must be using her full power on them." she looked at Havoc sadly.
"They don't have any will left." she rasped.
She turned to Muddlepaw. "You are my son's son's daughter. I am proud of you, young apprentice." She with finality.

"I could kill you! Both of you!" Chaos threatened. Both the Storms laughed.
"Like we're alive in the first place?" one of the Storms said matter-o-factly.

Muddlepaw smiled "Wait. That makes you Swiftstar.... thats a little weird... you've taken over a toms body!" she giggled, despite the situation, she needed somehting

"So you've done this before? And you know, the only way to stop Havoc, and Shroudpaw is to get Briarberry, so, we have to find her."

Swiftstar nodded. "Agreed. She must be somewhere in the forest." her eyes flashed as she looked out of camp.

"Lets go find her." she sighed, looking at her father, uncle and mother fighting "I think they are fine for now.But we have to hurry."

Briarberry looked up to the sky, where silverpelt glittered. She was very visible, no more then a faint outline.
This is draining all my strength. But soon i will be more powerful then ever. Look what I alone have done and will do. she thought to herself, smiling.

The Storms looked confused.

I guess we have to... it might create an endless paradox if we don't... The storm thought, and they both stepped aside.
Chaos and Shroudpaw got out, uncertain. "Thank you." he said to them softly, and Chaos and Shroudpaw bolted out.
"We are so dead." the Storms said together.

"This way!" Chaos heard a cat hiss, and he looked at Shroudpaw.
"What was that!?!?! Let's follow it!"

Chaos hurried along to see Muddlepaw and Swiftpaw crouching and looking at something.

"Well, she kinda took over Swiftpaw's body. And Shroudpaw, we are hiding from Briarberry, to stop Havoc and Storm, we need to distract her."

"Briarberry! Stop what you are doing right now!"
Briarberry flickered, but said nothing and was still looking up.

"are you stupid? Starclan warriors can never harm mortal cats." Briarberry said with a very quiet voice.

"Why would I care what Starclan thinks? I'll end all of them." Briarberry said simply.
"You will be BANISHED from starclan!" Swiftstar snarled.
"I'm too powerful to banish, Swiftstar, and you know it."

"Like how? I say we can beat you EASY."

"I don't know." she looked at Chaos and tried to send him a message with her eyes "Why dont I just kill Chaos and Shroudpaw here? That would ruin your plan."

Chaos looked at the ground sadly.

"No!" Shroudpaw yowled, and he raised his claws up to his neck, and then sank to the ground.

Muddlepaw closed her eyes "Chaos. Please forgive me I still love you I always will." she brought her claws down slicing into the largest vain in his neck, trying to make it as quick and painless as possible.

Swiftstar looked over sadly, in her shimmering form now, with Swiftpaw looking rather confused beside her. Next to her where two other transparent figures.
Chaos blinked. "It had to be done. Love has ended it all."
"We served our clan, right? It was our time to die." Shroudpaw said softly, standing next to him.
Briarberry's eyes widened with outrage and disbelief, but she irrupted into a beam of light and was gone.

Muddlepaw didn't look at any of them, she couldn't look at Chaos. She padded away feeling hollow, like her heart had been ripped out.
Why? Why? This is all my fault. Now... I know... my future sef does not exst without Chaos. I cannot stay alive that long knowing I am the cause of his death. I killed him.
she felt as if the world was crushing her

"Havoc will never show up, and we never had to get through that. I.... never died." there was a blinding flash, and then just darkness.

Muddlepaw awoke in the apprentices den and coughed a few times, she looked around and groaned "What a dream...."
