There was snuffling, which woke Swiftstar. She woke up, in a daze. She wandered out of camp, trying to follow it, pinpointing it. And she stumbled around for what seemed like many days, though barely even a few heartbeats.
Then she kept going, and smelled a acrid stench, and as she got closer, the smell grew stronger. And she finally recognized it, and by that all the dreariness that was left in her had vanished. It was a thunderpath. More importantly, it was the curve by the thunderpath. She stood there, remembering how Monsters could easily stay hidden before attacking on this part. She almost forgot, and was about to take a step back, when she heard a rumbling. It grew louder, and there was a light that grew brighter. It was a monster.
Swiftstar was frozen in shock, and couldn't move. Before she knew it, it hit her, and everything went black.

She woke up, and noticed she was in the middle of a clearing in a forest. An unfamiliar forest. She knew that she had lost a life, and was weary to try and lift herself to her feet. A searing pain shot up her shoulder, forcing herself to the ground. "Hey! Your Awake! Finally!" She whipped her head around, wondering where that voice has came from.
She saw a Grey and White tabby coming out out the bushes, followed by a Tortoiseshell she cat, a White she-cat, and a Black tom.
Swiftstar, tried to get back, to make an escape, but it was hopeless. The pain in her shoulder was just too much. "Don't try to get up, Swiftstar. We won't try to hurt you. I've heard a lot about you, and your kits." What? She had seen these cats before, not even at gatherings.
The tom turned to leave, but she called out. "Wait, how do you know me na-" And with that, everything went black once again.
